Scheduling conflicts, working in another movie.How come Katie Homles didn't play Rachel in the new Batman movie?
It is a long running Batman joke that the love interest actress NEVER returns in the next one even if she survives to the end credits. I was actually surprised that they brought rachel back instead of coming up with a new character like in all the other movies.
