In the new Batman Darknight movie coming up, is the Joker or Harvey Dent going to be in the movie?

The reason why I was asking is because the Joker didn't die and wasn't killed in the last Batman Darknight movie. Also, it may have seem like Harvey Dent didn't die either.In the new Batman Darknight movie coming up, is the Joker or Harvey Dent going to be in the movie?
They probably wouldn't risk inciting rage over recasting Heath Ledger, and...how exactly do you think Dent wouldn't be dead? It strongly implied that he did, and if he didn't that would require some very creative storytelling to explain since the whole reason Batman is on the run in the next one is because he takes the blame for Harvey Dent's murders.

They'll probably have it off-handedly mentioned that the Joker escaped from Arkham or something lame.
To bring back the Joker would be so stupid, not just because they would have to recast.



The only way it could be done is if they do the BANE story correctly and the joker is a cameo as part of the battle to weaken Batman .

Aaron Eckhart who played him in DK, asked Nolan soon after part 2 came out about a possible sequel. Aaron gave him a very simple answer.
