the child has seen the mummy, Harry Potter, transformers, Lord of the Rings and other action movies along this line as well. if the child has seen these movies would the child be okay in seeing the new batman movie as well?Is the new batman movie appropriate for a 6 year to see?
I wouldn't recommend it...There alot disturbing elements of the film that child of six might not be able to handle.....those other movies are mentioned were made for kids...this one even though it was pg-13, was not designed for kids AT ALL....it was a GREAT movie don't get me wrong....but if I was alot younger I would probably have nightmares...Is the new batman movie appropriate for a 6 year to see?

children shouldn't see that movie if they are 6! it's not just the violence that will be bad, it's the things that mentally happen to some of the characters damnit ill stop thereIs the new batman movie appropriate for a 6 year to see?
He or she will probably be ok.. but this movie is a little more dark with that joker.. a little more cynical. Uhh then again.. maybe you should watch it first and then decide if it is appropriate for your child.
No, while for the most part the movie should be fine along the lines of the films you mentioned A good part of the content is really mature for a six year old. Especially parts when the Joker is shown.
